Our Process
At ByMuseum, every artwork is created through a carefully considered process that respects traditional oil painting techniques and the integrity of the original masterpiece. Once an order is placed, the painting is assigned to a skilled artist who recreates the artwork by hand, layer by layer, using premium oil paints on canvas.
Oil painting is a naturally slow and deliberate medium. Each layer must dry before the next is applied, and drying time can vary depending on humidity, weather conditions, and the complexity of the composition. This careful approach ensures depth, texture, and authenticity in every piece.
From the first brushstroke to final inspection, our process is designed to deliver museum-quality oil painting reproductions that are crafted with patience, precision, and respect for art history.

Once the painting is completed and fully dried, it is carefully prepared for shipment using professional protective materials.

Shipment via trusted international carriers
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 5–7 business days
TRACKING
After your artwork is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery progress online.
PACKAGING
Each painting is sealed with protective layers, covered with film, and carefully rolled into a durable tube to ensure safe international transport. If an order includes multiple artworks, they may be shipped separately at no additional cost.
