Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and carefully packaged for safe transport. Returned artworks must be:
- In original condition (not altered, used, or damaged after delivery)
- Returned with protective packaging to prevent transit damage

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our side (such as damage in transit or the wrong item received).
Damaged Deliveries
In the rare event your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
