ByMuseum reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Orders & Contract

When you place an order on ByMuseum, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability in all cases
• You will be notified promptly if we are unable to fulfill your order

Because each painting is hand-crafted specifically for your order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, production will have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Products & Descriptions

ByMuseum specializes in hand-painted oil painting reproductions. Each artwork is produced by skilled artists using traditional techniques and premium materials.

• All paintings are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown on the website
• Minor variations in color, texture, and brushwork are inherent to hand-painted art
• Product dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±2cm
• ByMuseum paintings are reproductions — they are not original works or certified copies

We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible, however monitor settings and screen calibrations may affect how colors appear on your device.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption
• ByMuseum does not store your full payment card details

Shipping & Delivery

ByMuseum ships worldwide. All orders include free standard shipping. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

• Production time: 10–14 business days
• Shipping time after dispatch: 5–7 business days (varies by region)
• Total estimated delivery: 15–20 business days from order date
• Tracking information is provided via email once your order is dispatched

Returns & Refunds

Because every painting is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand fully behind the quality of our work and offer a 90-day guarantee on all orders.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect paintings are eligible for a full refund or free replacement
• Claims must be submitted within 90 days of delivery with photo evidence
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of claim approval
• No restocking fees are ever charged
