Why a painted portrait
A custom oil painting from photo, made to last
A print copies your photo. A painting interprets it. Our artists study the light, the expressions and the colours in your photo, then build the portrait by hand on canvas or paper.
Before anything ships you see a digital preview, so you can ask for changes and approve the final result with confidence. Shipping is free worldwide and fully tracked.

Questions before you order
How long does a custom oil painting from a photo take?
Most paintings are finished within 2 to 3 weeks. You receive a digital preview to approve before the painting ships.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces are in focus. Our artists can also work from older or lower-quality photos and can combine several photos into one painting.
Can you combine several photos into one painting?
Yes. Upload each photo in step 4 and tell us how to arrange them. Painting from multiple photos is offered as an extra in the order form.
Will the artist sign the painting?
If you like. Tick "Have the artist sign the painting" in the order form; it costs nothing extra.
Is it really painted by hand?
Yes. Every painting is made by hand by a professional artist. We never print, use filters or generate the image with AI.
What if I want changes?
Tell us after you see the digital preview and the artist will adjust the painting before it ships. If it still does not meet your expectations on delivery, you are covered by our money-back guarantee.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, shipping is free worldwide and every order is tracked. Import duties may apply depending on your country.
