What is covered
- The painting arrived damaged in transit.
- A defect in the painting, canvas or frame.
- You received the wrong painting or size.
- A significant colour difference from what you ordered.
- You changed your mind, and the painting is unused and in its original packaging. We send a free prepaid return label.

Good to know
Refunds return 100% of what you paid ByMuseum to your original payment method. Import duties or local taxes paid to customs or carriers are not collected by us, so we cannot refund them. Claims made more than 90 days after delivery are outside the return window.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free orders: if a painting arrives damaged or isn’t right, we’ll repaint or replace it for free. You can also return all 3 for a full refund. If you return only part of your set, the free painting’s value ($299) is deducted from your refund. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
